The system integrates real-time data from wearable sensors with backend analytics and AI-driven insights, delivering immediate, personalized feedback through a mobile app to enhance workout effectiveness and safety.
1st Short-Term Usability Test: Enhancing Usability and Intuitiveness
Involving 16 participants from 4 countries with varying body sizes, this test evaluated both hardware and software usability through 6 structured tasks. Insights gained led to iterative improvements in material choices, sensor module placement, and user interface, optimizing ease of use and immediate functionality. These refinements were essential for building an intuitive, accessible product that delivers both short- and long-term benefits to users.
2nd Long-Term A/B Test: Validating Sustained Usability and Motivation
This long-term test assessed the product’s impact on user engagement and usability. Key updates, such as improved score placement, boosted motivation (from 45% to 74% engagement), while usability was evaluated using Likert scales and the SUS. Results confirmed enhanced user motivation and long-term usability.
Future Development and Strategic Partnerships
Positive user feedback and validation from UW Medicine have demonstrated our solution’s potential to accelerate young professionals' pain relief and increase user motivation. This has paved the way for exciting partnerships and ambitious future plans.
